On November 15th, Saturn makes its first square with Pluto at 0 degrees Libra and Capricorn.
What does this mean?
We are going to see more power struggles around the world especially governments wanting to take control of the economic and financial status in their countries. We will see upheavals in taxation - the laws will change considerably and it is important to keep yourself abreast of changes and how they may affect you on a personal level. I mean taxes from all angles: personal tax, property tax, goods and services taxes, and many more new taxes that will be imposed on the people. Those who are good with mathematics and accounting will fare well during this recession/depression. People are going to need help understanding the new laws and those who are true professionals in this area will make money.
Libra is connected with anything concerning relationships - Saturn is exalted in Libra which means that it has the potential to be used very beneficially for everyone. However, with the square to Pluto this can result in secret liaisons, undercover agreements, hidden agendas - so in your personal life, make sure that you are dealing with people and organisations that are open about their activities, that are telling the truth and that are honourable. Integrity will be a keyword in the months and years to come. Already the bankers are being berated about their lack of integrity as they have had huge bailouts from taxpayers and yet they are still paying themselves enormous bonuses.
Watch out for this not only on the macro scale, but also in your personal life. Is someone taking advantage of you?
Is your bank a safe one?
Is your insurance cover adequate or have you got too much cover and are you over-paying? These are a few of the questions that you may want to ask yourself.
The fact that the planets are in cardinal signs gives them more potency and more action. While in mutable signs there is a lot of talking, discussion, changing of minds and uncertainty - but once in cardinal signs we will see more action - for better or for worse. And you will also be taking more action in your own life. You will not be satisfied to sit on the sidelines and watch - you will want to participate.
There will certainly be more turbulence - but remember that the conjunction of Jupiter and Neptune takes place on 21st December 2009 and this brings great hope and belief. It is about the masses wanting to believe that everything is going well - that the worst is behind us and we are moving forward with confidence. So we will still be seeing the "irrational exuberance" to quote Alan Greenspan and many will be unsure as to whether we are in a serious depression or not.
The squares to Pluto and Saturn continue into 2010 and by the middle of 2010 when Uranus goes into Aries, we will likely see more military action and strife, more terrorism, more earthquakes and possibly with Pluto in Capricorn, some kind of catastrophe involving tunnels or something underground.
Squares are not always pleasant, but they do indicate change. So be ready for change in your own life - and with Pluto in Capricorn - don't hold onto things or people that are past their sell-by date. You will need to look at your relationships in the cold light of day and be really honest with yourself.
Saturn in Libra either breaks up relationships that are unhealthy or it strengthens those that are willing to be honest, to be fair and to make sure that there is balance and cooperation between the parties.

I just added my comments under aries. I read this article thereafter. I'm amazed. I'm a Libra ascendant. My wife has 12th house in Libra. We got married in August this year and like Britany spears 2004 marriage our marriage also lasted just a few days. Discussions carried on till Saturn moved in Libra (her 12th and my first house) pluto is in my 4th and her 3rd house (capricorn i mean). Even when 15th is about to come our relationship has broken. And guess what? she wanted to keep the marriage a secret in her own country and I was insisting on 'why'?
