Wikileaks - does it affect you?
In November 2008 when Pluto was moving into Capricorn, I predicted that we would see greater transparency in our governments, banks, corporations and that information and secrets that had been withheld would be revealed. And just two years later, that prediction has come true. Capricorn is ruled by Saturn and therefore is all about structures – it rules the authorities, our rulers, the financial institutions and big business and all authoritarian figures.
Now take a look at Wikileaks that comes along and threatens the security of many countries as they reveal information about businesses and governments around the world. And they have only just got started…
This weekend, Amazon Europe went down for over half and hour. Amazon said that it was a hardware issue, but was it really? After all, Amazon was among the first US firms to pull the plug on WikiLeaks since it began publishing thousands of US diplomatic cables, withdrawing hosting services last week after being questioned by the US Senate Homeland Security Committee.
Julian Assange has just been released on bail of £240,000 and he stated that he plans to continue with WikiLeaks and with releasing sensitive information. Many countries want to see him killed as they see him as such a threat. Right now there are over 3000 hackers from around the world who have joined his cause. Probably more are signing up all the time. They have pledged to ruin Mastercard, Visa, Paypal, Amazon and any company that has rejected hosting their services. They are gathering momentum and this is just the beginning. What’s interesting is that they are so concerned with transparency and yet they are called the Anonymous Group and they themselves hide behind screen names. They are not transparent themselves.
The latest news is that one of Assange’s top men has split with him and started his own organisation called OpenLeaks. This organisation is going to feed bits of information to the media in dribs and drabs and then let the media do what they want with it. This then gets them off the hook and takes them away from the direct line of fire.
So as you can see, Pluto in Capricorn has brought about the breakdown of authority and power, unearthed secret information and people’s lives and property are at stake. We don’t know the power of these groups, but one sure thing is that they are just starting up. There is certainly much more to come.

The Royal Wedding - William and Kate

So I chose that date to incorporate Stratford Properties and I went from having just a small inheritance from my father to a multi million pound business within just a few years. Yes of course I had challenges to face just like any business does, but overall, the aspects showed me that I had a good chance to create a very profitable business.
I have done this with clients who wanted to know when would be the best time to launch a new product idea, when would be a good time to launch their new book, would this be a good time to become self-employed? These are all great questions that astrology can address and can give you optimum dates for success.

So I chose to rent out that property instead.

The Moon Signs - what they mean
Moon Signs
Most people know their Sun sign but few are aware of the importance of their Moon sign. The Sun stays in a sign for approximately 28 days, whereas the Moon changes sign every two and a half days so it is a much more sensitive point in person’s chart. The Moon in your chart shows your child within, how you respond and react to situations, your emotional self and it is very important in connection with how you relate to other people. If you are in a relationship with someone who has a compatible Moon sign to you, chances are you will feel comfortable and at home around them. Are you ready for Venus Retrograde?

New Moon in Libra October 7th
The New Moon in Libra is an opportunity for you to bring newness and renewal into your relationships. Dare I Ask the Astrologer?
Dare I Ask the Astrologer???
The differences between a Psychic and an Astrologer.
My whole life is falling apart – how am I supposed to pick out just ONE question???
But here’s the deal…if you look carefully there usually is ONE question that concerns you more than anything else. That’s the question you should be asking.
Try to ask a specific question, the more specific your question is, the more specific an answer I can give you. If you ask me “am I ever going to find my one true love in this lifetime?” While you may think that is a specific question it really is not. Astrology can tell you the dates that you will have opportunities to meet a partner, but you are the only one who can know if this is going to be your one true love after you meet that person.
While I am sympathetic to the catharsis a client feels in detailing everything that’s been happening in their lives for the last 100 years, in actuality it causes more misunderstandings than helping the situation.
I often get people asking me:
What is my future partner going to look like or be like?
Where am I going to meet him or her?
And will I be loved just for me?
And while I would love to be able to answer those kinds of questions, they are more for a psychic than an astrologer.
I can tell you what your windows of opportunity will be for a romantic relationship to start, I can tell you what kind of person you would be suited to and should be looking for, but I can’t tell you if this kind of person is the ONE you are actually going to meet and marry.
I can tell you when it’s likely that you would marry and whether you would be compatible with this partner, and what each others strengths and weaknesses are, where you would complement each other, what areas would bring discord, but I can’t tell you whether or not you will be loved for yourself or whether you will meet someone at a cocktail party having a champagne toast.
As an astrologer I can tell you whether or not your aspects are favourable for getting a job. What I cannot tell you is where you are going to get that job or if you are going to get along with your coworkers and your boss.
I can tell you where your talents lie, what your strengths are, whether or not you will be dealing with situations involving family members, romantic relationships, friendships and the public, but it may not be possible to pinpoint exactly what those particular problems are going to be.
It may not be possible to give you a specific date for an event but rather a range that shows when something is going to start and when something is going to end.

I’m thinking of becoming a day trader – will I be successful?

New Moon Madness in Virgo
On September 8th we have a New Moon in Virgo. The effects of this energy will be with us until October 6th.
What is the best way to deal with the energies of this new moon?
Virgo rules your physical health, your body, your work and the service you give to others.
Think about your health and ways in which you can look after yourself better. Do you need to improve your diet, your exercise regime? Do you need to go on a cleanse? How can I clean myself inside and out? What routines can you put in place that will enhance your health?
It’s a great time to sort out anything in your house or your living area. Decluttering will be much easier during a Virgo new moon than at any other time as you are working with the energies. Throw out things that you really don’t use or need any more – either give them away to charity or sell them and get some extra cash. Virgo is all about discernment – keeping what is really necessary and letting the rest go.
Watch out that you don’t get ultra critical and find fault with everyone around you. Virgo can be extremely critical and picky, so make sure you don’t become insufferable to live with during this time.
Sort out your office, do that filing you have been putting off, streamline everything to make your life easier.

Firstly, for those of you who are new to astrology, let me explain the word “cardinal.” Cardinal applies to four signs: Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn. Volcanic Ash and Mercury Retrograde – which Astrological aspects show this global disruption?
Mercury is almost retrograde, yet already we are seeing huge frustrations and blockages in travel throughout the world. It is, however, in its shadow from 4th April until 28th May, so we can expect to see more disruptions during this period.
With Mercury going retrograde in Taurus, this means that “earthly” challenges can result. The volcano is spewing out ash from the earth, we have had a huge amount of earthquakes in various parts of the world over the last few months and this is set to increase.
On a more personal level, during this Mercury retrograde in Taurus, it is a great time to sort out any repairs, annoyances around the house that you have been putting off doing. It’s time to get your practical situation in order and to solve any blockages that are preventing you from being productive in your everyday life.

Saturn in Libra – what will it mean for your relationships?
Except for a brief period between April 8th and July 21st, Saturn is in Libra until October 5th 2010. Saturn is exalted in Libra which means that this is one of its most powerful placements. A Saturn transit through the 12th house requires a period of "aloneness" in order to "recharge your batteries" and sort through issues that are being presented subconsciously and psychologically to you. The Cardinal Climax – What Lies Ahead In The Next Year
We are coming up to what might be the most powerful astrological alignment of our lifetime: the Cardinal Climax.
It is similar to what happened in the 1930’s, only the aspects today are even closer. It’s happening in Cardinal signs, which means there will be new beginnings. Each Cardinal sign: Cancer, Capricorn, Aries and Libra heralds a new season, so they always initiate a change.
There are four slow moving planets involved in this configuration:
Pluto, the slowest planet, is about transformation, birth, death and ultimate renewal. Uranus which is about awakening and revolution and sudden change, Jupiter which is about expansion, new beginnings and hope, and Saturn which doggedly holds onto the old and resists the new at all costs. We are seeing the rigidity of Saturn in many areas, particularly political parties that want to keep things as they are just for the hell of it and are resisting change. This is happening with Congress right now as the Republicans are resisting Obama’s health reforms.
The year ahead, until March 2011 is peppered with huge astrological aspects from Saturn opposing Uranus, Jupiter opposing Saturn, Jupiter square to Pluto…the list goes on. What does it all mean? Mother Earth needs to cleanse herself and she is shifting. We’ve had three earthquakes in the last few months alone: Haiti, Chile, Turkey. There will be more changes ahead. You will need to trust your intuition. If you intuitively feel as though you should move from where you are living, trust your intuition. Even if people around you think you have gone crazy, it’s not worth taking a chance.
Early August 2010 is the peak of this aspect structure, but we are already feeling it and the energies of this are with us until at least the end of 2011.
There are also two lunar eclipses taking place around this cardinal climax:
June 26th there is a lunar eclipse at 4 degrees Capricorn for the Moon and 4 degrees Cancer for the Sun. This creates a grand cross with the T square of Pluto, Uranus and Saturn and it’s likely we will see some really crazy happenings around that time.
Another date to watch out for is December 21st when there is another lunar eclipse with the Moon at 29 degrees Gemini and the Sun at 29 degrees Sagittarius. Again, almost in cardinal signs, so it will have a serious effect.
Finally there is a full moon in Aries at 0 degrees with the Sun at 0 degrees Libra on September 23rd. I anticipate that this will be an intense time as well.
Overall, I think that these aspects will result in a complete paradigm shift on our planet. We are not going to be able to push our planet for more and more resources, more and more growth at the expense of the life of the earth. We will see that we are not about continual growth and having lots and lots of stuff. We are moving towards what I hope will be a kinder, more compassionate and heartfelt feeling towards one another and the ability to live on much less.
I am noticing that children born today are more spiritually open than ever before.
It’s time for us to start living in the way that we think the world ought to be. Don’t wait for the changes to happen, you live that change. Follow your intuition, allow yourself to be guided. Pluto In Capricorn - An Issue Of Life And Death
Pluto is ruled by Scorpio and therefore signifies destruction, transformation and renewal. It also pertains to life and death issues. Capricorn rules aging, the skeleton and death. We will see a greater focus on assisted suicide, the medical profession and their use of drugs, people wanting to know more about death, reincarnation and what happens to us when we die. Indeed in my own life, I have had a number of clients who have recently committed suicide, others who have died suddenly.
I have other clients who are dealing with medical malpractice issues that have led to possibly unnecessary deaths. For example, doctors are giving out drugs with severe side-effects and are not recommending to patients that they do not drive whilst taking these drugs. A sister of a client of mine was killed in a car accident by someone who had repeatedly gone to his doctor with dizzy spells. This person probably should not have been driving as he was on drugs that can alter his mental state. We are going to see more and more cases like this coming up, and more and more cover ups by the medical profession and the drug companies. As a result, we will see new laws emerging that attempt to protect the public from these tragedies.
More and more scientists are researching the area of death, cryogenics and how to extend the lifespan. Do we really need to age? Can all our cells renew themselves? There will be an increased focus on longevity and the possibility of physical immortality.
Capricorn rules ancient knowledge and wisdom and with 2012 coming, there is a huge focus on the Mayan prophecies, the Hopis, the Waitaha tribe from New Zealand and this interest is going to grow exponentially. We will be examining ancient wisdom that was developed and lost. With Pluto in Capricorn, we are unearthing these ancient philosophies and this is going to help us understand ourselves and our way forward.
Expect new healing techniques concerning bones as Capricorn rules the bones. We will find a cure for osteoporosis or brittle bones. Scientists will find a way for us to have a permanently youthful skeleton.
Capricorn rules time and Pluto rules life and death so we will be learning more about time than ever before. Our perception and understanding of time will change. We will be able to see that it is not just linear in nature, but has many dimensions. Our understanding of time will deepen and once this transit of Pluto in Capricorn is complete, we will have a totally new outlook on time, aging, life and death. We will not be subject to the same limitations that we experience today, we will have a broader perspective that will be liberating and empowering.
